Where we are
Amelia lies in the province of Terni, in between the Umbria and Lazio regions.
Reaching us is easy:
by car
Take the A1 motorway Rome-Milan, exit at Orte then follow signs to Amelia.
Proceed through the town walls into the 'Centro Storico' and park in the Piazza
of the Municipio (Piazza Matteotti).
If you are coming from the Adriatic coast take the E45 Cesena-Terni towards Terni, follow signs for Orte then exit at Amelia. Proceed as above.
By train
On the main line Rome-Milan reach Orte FS, then it is a 20 min bus rite to
Amelia. (call us for bus time tables or to arrange a pick up)
Near and Far
We are very near all the main attractions of Amelia, its churches and museums.
In the near countryside you can easily reach Orvieto, Terni, The Marmore Waterfall
(a roman barrage), The Monsters Park of bomarzo, Alviani wildlife park, the free
hot water springs of Viterbo…
